| If you study our work, you will discover a consistency of openness and joy in what we do. Images from Celebrations tend to show subjects at their best and brightest, not at their most studied and posed. Sure, composition, lighting and focal length are vital elements. But we believe that knowing how to get people to reveal themselves at their most honest, open and genuine levels is more important than mechanics. And it’s way beyond “say cheese.” |

| Robyn Ocepek, Founder and President of Celebrations Event Photography, holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in photography from California State University, San Bernadino and all of the course study required for a Master’s Degree in photography, video and digital graphics. A California native, she adopted Hawai‘i permanently in 1993. She is a consistently cheerful personality who dabbles on the side with improvisational comedy and consistently finds time for good works as a Rotarian. |
